The Extime Rewards loyalty program is offered by Aéroports de Paris, a public limited company with capital of 296,881,806 euros, whose registered office is 1 rue de France 93290 Tremblay in France (France), registered in the trade and companies register of Bobigny under number 552 016 628 (hereinafter "Paris Aéroport").

The purpose of the Extime Rewards loyalty program (hereinafter the "Extime Rewards loyalty program") is to provide its members with the benefits described in Loyalty Programme Terms of Use.

Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and of Law No. 78- 17 relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978 as amended by Law n ° 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter together referred to as the "Data Protection Regulation »), Paris Aéroport is responsible for processing your personal data.

Purpose of processing Members' personal data

The processing of your personal data implemented by Paris Aéroport meets the following purpose: the animation and management of the Extime Rewards loyalty program.

More specifically, your personal data is used for:

- Allow the management of your membership in the Extime Rewards loyalty program.
- Allow you to accumulate loyalty points during your purchases in partner stores of the Loyalty Program and when using certain services offered by Paris Aéroport, as described in the Terms of Use of the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program .
- Allow you to convert your loyalty points into partner loyalty points.
Provide you with commercial offers and services facilitating your journey through Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly airports (hereinafter referred to together or separately as the "Airport").
- If you wish, send you news related to the Extime Rewards loyalty program, and commercial offers and personalized services tailored to your profile.
- Allow the management of your possible complaints.

This processing is based on the execution of the Conditions of Use of the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program, i.e. the contract to which you are a party within the framework of your membership of the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program.

Your personal data is processed for the pursuit of our legitimate interest consisting in having a better knowledge of the Members in order to send you personalized offers adapted to your profile. You can ask to no longer receive these offers by contacting our Data Protection Officer (as described in article 8 below) or by deleting your account using the deletion form.

Regarding our commercial prospecting actions, you can choose to receive promotional emails, SMS and push notifications from us. The basis for this processing is your consent. You can choose to no longer receive these emails, promotional SMS and push notifications at any time by modifying the settings from your account via the website www.parisaeroport.fr or via the Paris Aéroport application, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link. at the bottom of each email, or by contacting customer service.

Your personal data may also be processed for the pursuit of our legitimate interest consisting in detecting and preventing any fraudulent or abnormal use of the Extime Rewards loyalty program.

Paris Aéroport ensures that it only collects and processes data that is strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing that is implemented.

Your contact and identification data

When joining via the website www.parisaeroport.fr or via the Paris Aéroport application, your title *, last name *, first name *, date of birth, email address *, postal address, telephone number are collected by Paris Airport.
When joining the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program, your title *, last name *, first name *, and e-mail address * are collected by the sales forces of certain partner shops of the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program located in the 'Airport on behalf of Paris Aéroport.
Paris Aéroport assigns you an identifying number (QR code).
The data noted * are compulsory.

Your email address will be used as a privileged contact channel, and your phone number will only be used if we are unable to reach you by email.

Your profile data

- The origin of registration (registration method).
- Purchasing data: the types of product or service purchased by the Member, number of products or services purchased, date of purchase and their amounts are collected automatically when you scan your Member card (QR Code) during a purchase made in partner stores of the Extime Rewards loyalty program or when you make a purchase or reservation of services via our Sites.
- Activity data: your seniority as a Member; your status (active or inactive); your trips as defined in our Terms of Use for the Extime Rewards loyalty program; if you have benefited from promotions and advantages of the Extime Rewards loyalty program; if you have taken advantage of the Shop & Collect service provided by our partner SDA; if you have used other Paris Aéroport services (eg: use of your Paris Aéroport Account); if you have clicked on the emails and / or push notifications that we send to you.

These data allow us to establish your "Customer Profile", namely your purchasing preferences, your areas of interest and your travel and consumption habits.

Conditions of access to your personal data

Access to your personal data is strictly limited:

To certain employees of Paris Aéroport, authorized by reason of their functions and bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
To partner shops of the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program located within the Airport which act as a subcontractor within the meaning of the GDPR when they are authorized to make you join the Extime Rewards Loyalty Program and to consult your customer file in order to offer you the products best suited to your preferences.
It is specified that only the authorized sales staff of these stores are authorized to consult or collect some of your personal data through a dedicated Paris Aéroport tool.

The data that can be collected and / or consulted in this context are limited to your title, surname, first name, email address, number of purchases in partner shops and last date of purchase, telephone number, birthday, opt -in email, points balance; over the last 3 years: number of purchases in partner stores, total amount spent in stores, last purchase date, details of purchases by categories, brands and products; over the last 3 years: number of online parking reservations, total amount spent and date of last reservation.


Data retention
Your personal data is kept for the duration of membership in the Loyalty Program.

At the end of these periods, this data will be anonymized irreversibly in accordance with the regulations in force.

Paris Aéroport ensures the security of your personal data by using physical and logical means of security.

 

No transfer outside the EU

As part of the Loyalty Program, Paris Aéroport undertakes to process your personal data exclusively on the territory of a member country of the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA ), from a country recognized as suitable by the European Commission and / or from a company adhering to the Privacy Shield.

Paris Aéroport undertakes not to disclose or transfer your personal data, even for transit purposes, to a data controller or a subcontractor located in a country that is not a member of the EU, the EEA or recognized as adequate by the European Commission or a company that is not a member of the Privacy Shield.

Paris Aéroport ensures that no personal information is transferred outside the EU, the EEA, a country recognized as adequate by the European Commission or to a company that is not a member of the Privacy Shield by its subcontractors or partners.

 

Your rights

In application of the Data Protection Regulations, you have the rights to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data, as well as the right to limit their processing.
